Sarah joined in 2012 and has built our customer service culture from the ground up. She oversees every customer-facing process, trains our specialist team, and personally reviews all complaints. Her team consistently achieves a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating.
With 14 years in the industry, James specialises in long-haul, business class, and first class bookings. He has personally flown over 200 routes and holds IATA Foundation and Consultant certificates. He handles our most complex corporate and VIP itineraries.
