Absolutely. We are fully protected by the UK Civil Aviation Authority, meaning your money is safeguarded if the airline or we cease trading. We are also accredited and full ABTA members. Our website uses TLS encryption for all data transmission and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — your card details are never stored on our servers.
How do I receive my ticket?
Your e-ticket will be emailed to the address you provide within minutes of booking confirmation. The email includes your booking reference, full itinerary, airline PNR, and instructions for online check-in. Simply show it on your phone at the airport — there's no need to print unless the airline requires it.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes. When booking by phone, our team will request specific seats at the time of booking. Seat selection is included with most business and first class fares; for economy, it may be included in your fare or available for a small fee charged by the airline. Exit row and premium economy seats are typically chargeable.
What baggage allowance do I get?
Baggage allowances vary by airline, fare class, and route. Our team will confirm the exact allowance — checked bags, hand luggage, and personal item — at the time of booking. This information is also visible on each flight result before you call. We always advise on the cheapest way to add extra baggage if you need it.
Can I make changes after booking?
Changes are governed by the airline's fare rules for your ticket. Fully flexible fares allow free amendments; semi-flexible fares have a change fee (typically £50–£200 per person); non-refundable fares usually cannot be changed. Our team will always explain the flexibility of a fare before you book so there are no surprises.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Under EU/UK Regulation 261/2004, you are entitled to either a full refund of the ticket price or re-routing to your destination at no extra cost. As your booking agent, we will contact the airline on your behalf, manage the rebooking or refund process, and keep you updated throughout. You don't need to queue on an airline's phone line.
How quickly are refunds processed?
Once a refund has been approved and requested from the airline, it typically appears on your card within 5–10 business days. Some airline refunds take longer — up to 8 weeks in exceptional cases. We chase airlines proactively and will keep you informed of progress. BACS refunds typically arrive within 3–5 working days.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. While we don't sell insurance directly, we work with several reputable providers and can recommend policies that cover your specific trip, including cover for pre-existing medical conditions, missed departures, and baggage loss.
Can I earn frequent flyer miles?
Yes. When booking by phone, simply provide your frequent flyer number and the airline programme name. We will add it to your booking at the time of ticketing. You should earn miles as normal on all published and most consolidator fares — though we recommend checking with your airline programme for fare class eligibility.
